Frequently asked questions
What affects the price of a corporate tasting?
Price depends mostly on format. A seated, guided tasting for a captive audience costs more per person than a roaming seminar or reception with networking, which becomes more cost-effective at larger scale. Use our Instant Quote to see an estimate in minutes, or call us at 415-289-9760.
How many guests can you host?
There’s no minimum or maximum. Small groups get an intimate, focused tasting. For larger groups, we bring multiple sommeliers and run separate stations, such as whiskey, tequila, wine or beer, so guests can roam and explore.
How long does a tasting last?
Most tastings run 90 minutes to 2 hours, which is the sweet spot. Everything is customizable: we can go shorter for a quick moment with clients, or longer for large events where guests roam between stations.
What’s included?
Our full-service packages include the sommelier, the wines or spirits, and glassware. Pairings such as cheese, charcuterie and chocolate are available at an additional cost. If your venue provides the alcohol, we work with what they have.
Do you provide food?
Yes. For an additional cost, we provide non-prepared pairings like cheese, charcuterie and chocolate, which can be sent ahead of your event and pair perfectly with the tasting.
Can you work at our hotel or venue?
Yes, all the time. We work alongside hotel and venue teams, and when a venue must supply its own alcohol, we offer sommelier-only service. Any venue paperwork, such as insurance, is handled as part of booking.
Can you host tastings in several cities for one company?
Yes. Because our sommeliers are local in cities nationwide, we can run the same polished experience across multiple offices, a sales kickoff tour or a multi-city roadshow, without paying for anyone to travel.
Do you offer virtual tastings for remote teams?
Yes. Our virtual tastings bring remote and hybrid teams together, led by a sommelier, with wine, whiskey, tequila, beer and more.
What about guests who don’t drink?
We offer non-alcoholic tastings (olive oil, chocolate, honey, kombucha, coffee and tea) that run alongside the wine or spirits, so everyone takes part.
Do you charge for travel?
No. We host corporate tastings anywhere in the US with sommeliers local to you, so you don’t pay for any travel.
